INTRODUCTION:

This service is for a “Holistic Review” of a company or venue.  The benefit to the client is that instead of looking at just one or two aspects of the organisation (administration or technical for example), we can review an entire company.  This means we can identify connections and save time and trouble further down the line.  

THEATRICAL REVIEWS:

A Theatrical Review can be a simple overview or a more complex detailed review as suits the needs of the client. Here are some examples:

• At it’s most simple, we will work with a client to look around a building, backstage, front of house, admin offices etc and talk/listen to staff then come up with a series of observations.  If essential/urgent work needs to be done we can then conduct a more detailed survey (and if appropriate, recommend theatre practitioners to assist us with additional, hands on practical skills and knowledge).
• At the other end of the sliding scale we can conduct a full Organisation Review to encompass all departments, buildings and facilities with a report and presentation to the Board of Directors and the staff
• A mid-way option would be to work with a company to oversee its own Review

All Theatrical Reviews can be followed up and/or monitored over a mutually agreed period of time
