OVERVIEW: We see ourselves in two ways: 1. Helping deliver real improvements to a range of cultural companies (the essentials of good business are the same for an art gallery as for a theatre company). 2. As a “bridge” enabling improved working between natural project partners – for example between venues (theatres/galleries etc) and shows (artists/actors/makers etc). We are therefore interested in recommending common sense action plans that are appropriate to developing companies, projects and people. AMBITION: - To deliver opportunities to reduce costs and grow income through practical recommendations and sound advice - rooted in our experience of good business/cultural practice
